The Ampsmith is a multi-degree holding electrical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the electronics field. In addition, The Ampsmith is one of the last to have studied vacuum tube technology at the collegiate level. The Ampsmith has worked for Moog Music and Electronics (you remember Moog synthesizers, don't you?), Yorkville Sound - Traynor Amps (as service manager of their US service center), and has served Western New York music stores and musicians for the past 15 years.
